Dona Prawita Arissuta was born in 1977 in Sleman, Java, Indonesia.

 

1998- 2005 Dona Prawita Arissuta gained her Masters in Fine art from Indonesian Institution of Art (ISI) Yogyakarta. 

 

In most of her artworks, she combined her sculptures with paintings creating installations. Dona Prawita’s artworks are usually figurative sculptures showing figures like humans and animals in bright colours. Her artworks often talk about daily problems consisting of issues related to social, moral, spiritual, relations between humans and with their environment.
